They look and fit as expected. Much better arch support than the flats I usually wear. A little loud on stairs, but I always get compliments when I wear them and they make it easy to dress up an outfit. Overall I'm really very happy with the purchase.I'm a school Administrative Assistant at an elementary school. These looks great with any outfit I wear. I mostly wear slacks and a blouse.
