As a 48-year-old, I have gone strictly to flats because the heels these days are so harsh on my feet, knees, hips, back, you get the drill. I bought the silver for a wedding and decided I would wear them to work to break them in because I sit most of the day and can kick them off if needed. I wore them two days in a row and they have not been painful to my body!! Now I know I can stand in the wedding party and all night and not be worried about the pain. I bought a white pair and tried to buy them in black but they were out of stock. LOVE these (soft leather uppers) shoes, and they come in narrow, medium, and wide!
